BBC job Openings in Nairobi
Global News MC & A has just advertised two continuing positions that will be based in Nairobi, but covering all BBC GND output for sub-Saharan Africa: radio, online, and mobile content in Swahili, Hausa, English for Africa, French for Africa, Portuguese for Africa , Somali, Kirundi, Kinyarwanda, as well as BBC World News Africa-related television programming and any other BBC Global News output as it may develop.
Can you please circulate this information amongst colleagues and contacts at your earliest convenience?
At the moment there'll be adverts in the Daily Nation and the East African in Nairobi, both print and online. Any other leads, whether they be other media or networking sites or professional associations, would be greatly appreciated, and bearing in mind the deadline of 11 August.
The deadline for both positions is Tuesday, 11 August 2009.

We're looking for someone with substantial experience in research across a range of disciplines, analysing quantitative research in the social science/social/media area, either through work undertaken or as part of a degree or through work experience.
