Lagos Notes and Records - Journal of the Humanities is a peer-reviewed
and interdisciplinary journal of the humanities published by the Arts
Faculty of the University of Lagos. It is devoted to the publication of
well-researched articles in all subjects in the Arts, Social Sciences,
and Law. The editor calls for papers to be published in Volume XIII, due
September 2007. Deadline for submission of articles is 30th July 2007.
Guidelines for submissions
We call for the submission of previously unpublished essay
manuscripts from academics and researchers. Manuscripts (three copies)
which should be in English, should not exceed 25 pages in length and
should be printed on only one side of the paper. Electronic copies
should be sent to lagosnotes@ yahoo.co.uk (http://yahoo.co.uk/). Footnotes and references (in
conformity with the Chicago Manual of style 15th edition 2003) should
appear at the end of the essay. Each essay should include an abstract of
not more than two hundred words. Everything, including the title, and
quotations should be double-spaced.
