Pious Elemchukwu Okoro

Pious Okoro writes in from Chicago. An educator with the Chicago Public School, he received a Masters degree in Biology from Chicago state University in 1998. His poems have been published in journals and newspapers such as Warpland, Sentinel, Sunday Times, Times international, Weekly Sunray and Weekly Democrat. He won the Gwendolyn Brooks Poetry Award in 1998.
